Nicole Linkletter Nathanson (born April 18, 1985) was a contestant on cycle 5 of ANTM in 2005, where she was declared the winner.

Early life[]

Linkletter graduated from Grand Forks Red River High School in 2003, and attended the University of North Dakota in Grand Forks and St. Cloud State University in St. Cloud, Minnesota as a marketing major. She had previously worked at Victoria's Secret and Target stores. [1]

ANTM[]

Linkletter appeared in cycle 5 after auditioning for the show at the Mall of America. She became close to fellow contestants Ebony, Kyle and Kim.

She was most known for her rivalry with Bre in episode eleven. Bre thought Nicole stole and ate her granola bars, so Bre poured Nicole's Red Bull into the sink. Kim saw this and told Nicole, and the two got into an argument. Nicole stated she never took the bars. In that same episode, she was infamous for her meltdown in the challenge. The girls had to pose as statues in a park, and the pigeons triggered Nicole's ornithophobia.

During the finale fashion runway show for Gharani Strok, Linkletter's strong runway walk demonstrated how much she had improved throughout the competition. In the final judging, the judges selected Nicole over Nik. This drew criticism from fans, because they thought Nik had the better track record. Tyra defended the choice at the reunion, and stated Nicole won due to having more high fashion appeal.

She was featured as a "Top Model In Action" bumper during cycle 11.[2]
